Sooo, uni is finished, at last, I was there five years due to swapping courses, so am ready for something new now. I got a 2.1 in the end, which is fairly decent, though I'm not perhaps as enthusiastic as I should be because my third year results were rather disappointing, meaning my grade was only pulled up by my more successful second year. Soooo, I’m in my third year at uni now, and am about to start work on an ambitious project exploring self identity. I require a diverse range of participants to take part in the project, so if you’re nearish to Lincoln, have a read. The project is tentatively titled “Self Summary”. Here’s what it’s all about: The premise is that clothing acts as a mask or façade. Whether we’re consciously aware of it or not we carefully construct this mask so that we might portray ourselves favourably, or express ourselves in a certain way.
